Job Description:
As a Room Attendant at Aedge Holdings Pte Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your responsibilities will include:
- Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities, ensuring that rooms are always clean, neat, and well-maintained.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including scrubbing sinks, toilets, and shower stalls, replenishing towels and toiletries, and ensuring that all fixtures and surfaces are sparkling clean and free of dirt and grime.
- Linen Management: Collect and transport dirty linens and towels to the laundry area for cleaning, and distribute clean linens and towels to guest rooms, ensuring an adequate supply of fresh linens and towels at all times.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms, such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and coffee/tea supplies, and report any deficiencies or maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor or management.
- Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, and common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, ensuring that these areas are clean, organized, and presentable to guests at all times.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to safety and security protocols and procedures, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and report any safety hazards or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
