Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines, ensuring designs align with client expectations and brand identity.
- Developing concepts, layouts, and designs for various marketing materials, including logos, brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website assets, and digital advertisements.
- Using creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs that meet project objectives and technical specifications.
- Incorporating feedback from clients and team members to refine designs, make revisions, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Keeping abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance design skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team meetings to generate ideas, share insights, and collaborate on creative solutions.
- Maintaining organized files and documentation of design assets, version history, and project communications for future reference and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a design agency or creative studio environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent visual and communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs.
