As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions for a variety of projects, ranging from branding and marketing materials to digital and print collateral. Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, taking ownership of projects and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines, and translate them into compelling visual concepts and designs.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics for a variety of print and digital materials, including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and support to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, articulating your vision and rationale behind design decisions effectively.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions that align with project goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
- Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, ensuring that they reflect the client’s identity and messaging accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant programs.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred but not required.
