Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and financial analysis.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or coursework is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
