Job Summary:
Vacasa is currently seeking friendly and reliable shuttle drivers to join our transportation team in providing convenient and safe shuttle services to our guests. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing timely and efficient transportation to and from vacation rental properties, local attractions, and other destinations. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, to transport guests to and from designated locations.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, while maintaining flexibility to accommodate changes or special requests from guests or management.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to guests, including assisting with luggage and providing information about local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles, both inside and out, to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management to coordinate transportation services and address any questions, concerns, or feedback.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions with guests and coworkers.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely, including vehicle inspection reports, passenger counts, and incident reports.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a customer service or transportation role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States, with appropriate documentation for employment.
