Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operations Assistant at AceCom Technologies Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Working closely with our logistics team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and Inspection: You will assist in receiving incoming shipments of goods, verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage or defects. This may involve using handheld scanners or computer systems to record receipt of goods and update inventory records accordingly.
- Inventory Management: You will help maintain accurate inventory records by organizing and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse. This includes labeling shelves, bins, or pallets with product information and ensuring that items are stored safely and securely to prevent damage or loss.
- Picking and Packing: You will fulfill orders by picking items from inventory shelves or storage areas and preparing them for shipment. This may involve selecting items based on order specifications, packing them securely using appropriate packaging materials, and labeling packages with shipping information.
- Shipping and Dispatch: You will assist in preparing outgoing shipments for delivery to customers or other locations. This includes arranging transportation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring that shipments are dispatched in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- General Warehouse Duties: You will perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including but not limited to, cleaning and organizing work areas, disposing of packing materials or waste, and assisting with inventory counts or stocktaking activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Singapore work permit or eligibility to work in Singapore for warehouse operations.
