Job Summary:
As the Storekeeper at Royal Rose Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing the receipt and issuance of goods, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel’s storage facilities. Your attention to detail and efficient management of inventory will contribute to the seamless functioning of our hotel operations.

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods accurately and promptly.
- Update inventory records to reflect stock levels and monitor stock rotation.
- Storage and Organization:
- Ensure proper storage of items in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Utilize proper storage techniques to prevent damage or deterioration of goods.
- Issuance and Distribution:
- Process requests for items and ensure timely and accurate issuance.
- Maintain a well-documented record of goods issued to various departments.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor the condition and quality of stored items to prevent spoilage or damage.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure items meet hotel standards.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers for order placement, deliveries, and discrepancy resolution.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, consumption, and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports related to budgeting and procurement.
- System Maintenance:
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to update records and track movement of goods.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with departments to understand their inventory needs and ensure timely availability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role in a hospitality or relevant industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Understanding of storage and preservation techniques for various types of goods.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
