Work Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- In-Room Dining: Promptly and courteously deliver food, beverages, and other requested items to guest rooms while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in order preparation, presentation, and timely delivery, meeting or exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Guest Interaction: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the delivery process, addressing guest inquiries and making recommendations when necessary.
- Service Timing: Coordinate with kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient service, adhering to established standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the delivery area, as well as in the guest rooms during the service process.
- Upkeep of Equipment: Care for and report any issues with service equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to in-room dining services, including security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in room service or a similar position in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s cultural diversity and customs is an advantage.
