- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the employer, including managing emails, appointments, and scheduling meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the employer and external parties, handling phone calls, messages, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organization: Maintain and organize personal and professional files, records, and documentation.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing personal events, meetings, and social gatherings.
- Personal Tasks: Handle various personal tasks, including shopping, errands, and other ad hoc requests.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Previous experience working with high-profile individuals or families is an advantage.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage.
