Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our dynamic team at Abyad Medical Services LLC in Doha, Qatar. As a Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care across various clinical settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and specialty departments. Working collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, advocate for their needs, and promote health and wellness within the community. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of their health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans based on patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, assess the situation, and initiate appropriate interventions to stabilize patients and ensure their safety.
- Provide emotional support, empathy, and compassion to patients and their families, fostering a culture of kindness and respect.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice projects, and professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and regulatory requirements governing nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in nursing assessment, medication administration, and wound care techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
