Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the hotel housekeeping team, providing clear direction and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities efficiently, ensuring efficient work allocation.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction and safety.
- Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Supervise and monitor the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.

- Inventory and Supplies Management:

- Attention to Detail:
- Uphold meticulous standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Address any cleanliness deficiencies promptly to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests.
- Guest Interaction:
- Interact with guests courteously and professionally, responding promptly to their requests or concerns.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and resolving issues effectively.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with various hotel departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide guidance and support to housekeeping team members in adhering to Minor International’s cleaning protocols.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working and guest-friendly environment.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, emphasizing cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification in hospitality or facilities management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury hotel setting or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management and interpersonal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
