Mobile Technician

Mobile Technician, Confidential is looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets from various brands. The Mobile Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondaryy

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues, screen replacements, battery replacements, and other related problems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to determine the cause of malfunctions and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all repairs are performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new mobile technologies, operating systems, and repair techniques.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and repair tools, ensuring all necessary items are available for efficient service delivery.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs, including diagnostics, parts used, and time taken, to ensure proper tracking and billing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair options, timelines, and costs to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share knowledge on repair techniques and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Technician or in a similar role, with expertise in repairing a variety of mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware and software, including Android and iOS operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mobile device issues accurately.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for mobile repairs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple repair tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
