Position Summary:
The Brewhouse Co. Ltd is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Bartenders. As a Junior Bartender, you will play a vital role in crafting and serving our signature brews and cocktails while delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our beer offerings, brewing process, and menu items to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and company policies to ensure responsible beverage service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service and order accuracy.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Passion for craft beer and a desire to learn about our brewery’s offerings.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malta and meet the legal drinking age requirements.
