Job Summary:
As a Juice Maker at Saddle Cafe LLC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests’ experiences by crafting fresh and flavorful juices that complement our menu offerings. Your creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to quality will contribute to our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Through our Visa Sponsorship program, we eagerly welcome talented Juice Makers from around the world to be part of our Dubai-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and ingredient stations.
- Ensure the availability of fresh fruits and ingredients for juicing by coordinating with the kitchen and procurement teams.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to guests based on their taste preferences and dietary requirements.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and introduce new juice creations that align with seasonal offerings and trends.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation while handling and processing ingredients.
- Operate and maintain juicing equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, adhering to company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by effective communication and cooperation.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance juice-making techniques and skills.
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the cafe as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Juice Maker or in a related food and beverage role is preferred.
- Knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and ingredients used in juice preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting high-quality beverages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Food safety and hygiene certifications are advantageous.
