Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at various touchpoints within the airport, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about flights, schedules, fares, services, and airport facilities to passengers.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes, luggage tagging, and seat assignments.
- Handle passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Facilitate smooth boarding processes, ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services, such as baggage handling, immigration, and customs.
- Handle special requests, such as wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with specific needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Process travel document verification and other administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding security measures and adhere to established protocols.
- Display a strong understanding of the airline’s services, loyalty programs, and promotions to effectively assist passengers.
Requirements:
- Pakistani national with valid passport and necessary work permits for Qatar.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required. A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous customer service experience in the airline or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems and technology is a plus.
