Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Design and develop instrumentation and control systems, including the selection of appropriate instruments and technologies. Create detailed schematics, layouts, and specifications.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems. Ensure all systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
  • Maintenance and Calibration: Develop and implement maintenance programs for instrumentation systems. Perform regular calibration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Project Management: Manage instrumentation projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all instrumentation systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of instrumentation systems, including design documents, maintenance records, and calibration logs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical support and expertise as needed.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in instrumentation technology. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification or license (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering.
  • Proficiency in instrumentation design software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
