Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Ice Cream Maker to join our dynamic team. The Ice Cream Maker will be responsible for producing high-quality ice cream and frozen desserts, ensuring each batch meets our rigorous standards for taste, texture, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and unique flavors, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production guidelines.
- Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust processes to ensure optimal texture and flavor.
- Experiment with new flavors and techniques to expand our product offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Package and label finished products accurately.
- Keep accurate records of production, including ingredients used, batches produced, and any adjustments made.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and timely production.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Provide input on new product development and improvements to existing recipes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education or experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in ice cream making or a similar role in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for flavor development.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment.
