LOKAL PTE. LTD. is currently seeking Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team in Singapore. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in housekeeping, offering an opportunity to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
- Bathroom Care: Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, tiles, and surfaces, replenish towels and toiletries, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
- Linen Management: Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms, transport them to the laundry area, and assist with sorting, washing, folding, and stocking clean linens as needed.
- Inspection: Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and compliance with hotel standards before guests check-in, and report any discrepancies or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, and take appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stock Replenishment: Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea in guest rooms and common areas, and maintain adequate stock levels to meet guest needs.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery, including assisting with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional training or certification in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus but not required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Customer Focus: Friendly and courteous demeanor with a customer-centric approach to delivering service and interacting with guests.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
