Hotel Receptionist, We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Confidential. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay experience. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the hotel.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage reservations, both over the phone and through online booking systems, ensuring all guest information is up-to-date.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments and ensure all financial transactions are handled securely and accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping brochures and promotional materials up-to-date.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as managing emails, handling guest mail, and keeping track of inventory.
- Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to front desk operations (e.g., MS Office, reservation software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
