ARISING CLEANING MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is currently seeking Hotel Housekeepers to join our team in Singapore. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
  • Bathroom Care: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, tiles, and surfaces, replenish towels and toiletries, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
  • Linen Management: Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms, transport them to the laundry area, and assist with sorting, washing, folding, and stocking clean linens as needed.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and lounges, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment for guests and visitors.
  • Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and compliance with hotel standards, and take corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adequate stock levels to support daily cleaning operations.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, and take appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform cleaning tasks requiring physical exertion, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cleaning and sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
