- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests in English to address any specific requests or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
