- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all meat products meet the hotel’s quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor meat inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain proper storage and handling procedures.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized butchery workspace, following strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Waste Reduction: Minimize waste through efficient meat-cutting techniques and portion control.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and culinary teams to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
