As a Full-Time Live-In Nanny at Silentnight Private Staff, you will play a crucial role in providing nurturing care and support to children within a private household setting. - Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for the children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Routine Management: Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including sleep schedules and extracurricular activities.
- Household Management: Engage in light housekeeping duties related to the children’s well-being, such as organizing play areas and laundering children’s clothes.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the children’s development, activities, and any concerns or updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nanny, preferably in a live-in arrangement.
- Genuine love for children and a nurturing disposition.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying family needs and dynamics.
