Job Summary:
Qatar Airways is seeking experienced and professional Drivers to join our Ground Services team. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers, crew members, and airport personnel within the airport premises and to/from the aircraft. You will contribute to the smooth operations of Qatar Airways by adhering to high standards of service quality, safety protocols, and professionalism.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers, crew members, and airport staff to and from aircraft, terminals, and designated areas within the airport premises.
- Follow assigned schedules and routes, ensuring on-time pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high level of punctuality.
- Handle passengers’ luggage and assist with loading/unloading when necessary, ensuring their safety and the safety of their belongings.
- Uphold Qatar Airways’ brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws to ensure the safety of passengers, crew members, and airport personnel during transportation.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to the Ground Transportation Supervisor to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for passengers.
- Collaborate with ground services personnel and other departments to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
- Assist in special tasks or assignments as directed by the Ground Transportation Supervisor or management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Doha International Airport and surrounding areas is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain necessary airport security and driving permits.
