Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team in Oman as a Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to our clients’ customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
  • Listen actively to customers’ concerns and empathize with their needs, providing appropriate solutions and assistance.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations, escalating complex issues to appropriate channels as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery processes.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvements.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
