Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Curtain Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for textiles and a keen eye for detail, with experience in creating custom curtains from start to finish. The Curtain Maker will work closely with our design team to interpret client specifications and produce curtains that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication: Measure, cut, and sew fabrics to create custom curtains according to client specifications and design requirements.
- Design Interpretation: Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute various curtain styles, including pleated, grommet, rod pocket, and more.
- Quality Control: Ensure all curtains are crafted to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail in stitching, hemming, and finishing.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to discuss their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Installation Assistance: Assist with the installation of curtains, ensuring proper fit and appearance in the client’s space.
- Maintenance: Perform repairs and alterations on existing curtains as needed, maintaining their quality and longevity.
- Inventory Management: Manage fabric and supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in curtain making or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in sewing, cutting, and measuring fabrics; familiarity with various curtain styles and construction techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to ensure high-quality finishes and precise measurements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design and the ability to translate client visions into beautiful, functional window treatments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the fabrication and installation processes.
