Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues or concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Information Assistance: Assist customers in obtaining information about products, services, and company policies, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all responses.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information, transactions, and interactions in the company’s database.
  • Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards for call handling, customer service, and data security.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases.
