This role involves educating and training our staff and clients on the latest beauty techniques, products, and trends. Key Responsibilities

Training and Education:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for beauty professionals, including aestheticians, makeup artists, and beauty consultants.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.

Product Knowledge:

• Provide in-depth training on the use and benefits of various beauty products and tools.
• Educate staff and clients on proper application techniques to maximize product efficacy.

Workshop and Seminar Facilitation:

• Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their techniques and service delivery.

Content Creation:

• Develop training materials, manuals, and video tutorials to support ongoing education.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media and promotional purposes.

Customer Service:

• Offer personalized beauty consultations to clients, recommending products and services tailored to their needs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all training activities.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in training and education.
• Proven expertise in various beauty treatments, makeup application, and skincare techniques.

Education:

• Certification or degree in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Additional training or certification in adult education or training methodologies is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
