Bartender, IRS Tunisia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender at IRS Tunisia, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Customer Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Mixology Expertise: Use mixology techniques to create innovative and visually appealing drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every beverage served.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation of glassware and equipment.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events and activities to attract customers and increase sales, such as themed nights, happy hours, and special promotions.
- Continued Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new beverage products, and mixology techniques to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in Bartending or Mixology is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and bar equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as kegs and boxes of supplies.
