Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Financial Data Entry:
- Journal Entries: Accurately record financial transactions, including but not limited to, sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers, ensuring entries are organized and comply with accounting standards.
Reconciliation:
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to the company’s financial records on a regular basis.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Reporting:
- Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights into the company’s financial performance.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.
Compliance:
- Tax Compliance: Support in ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, assisting in the preparation of tax returns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and regulatory purposes.
Team Collaboration:
- Supporting Functions: Collaborate with other members of the finance team and different departments as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in training programs to enhance accounting knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
