About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Work Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership and guidance in campaign development, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, including partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of multimedia advertising campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovation to marketing efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with the aviation and travel industry is a plus.
- Must be a resident of Dubai or Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
