Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
