- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on perfume selections based on customer preferences.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest perfume trends, brands, and product offerings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the characteristics and notes of various fragrances.
Sales Transactions:
- Efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide accurate information on prices, discounts, and promotions.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Recommend complementary products and upsell to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Cross-sell additional items and accessories to boost sales.
Store Presentation:
- Ensure the perfume shop is well-presented, clean, and organized.
- Assist in arranging displays to attract customer attention.
Stock Management:
- Monitor perfume stock levels and inform management of low inventory.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining adequate product quantities.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; freshers with a passion for sales and perfumes are encouraged to apply.
