PTW Coordinator, We are seeking a meticulous and organized PTW (Permit to Work) Coordinator to join our team at Confidential. As a PTW Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe execution of work activities by managing and coordinating all permit-to-work processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing permit applications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth and safe operations.

Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire permit-to-work process, from application to closure.
  • Review and approve permit applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with various departments and personnel to ensure that all work activities are performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with permit conditions and identify potential safety hazards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all permits issued, including associated documentation and status updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on permit-to-work procedures and safety protocols.
  • Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses related to permit-to-work activities.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the permit-to-work system to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to permit-to-work processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential safety issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using permit-to-work software and other relevant tools.
  • Relevant certification in safety management or permit-to-work systems is preferred.
