Mechanical Supervisor, We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Confidential. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality work.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all mechanical operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments and contractors to plan and execute mechanical projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical systems and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Relevant certification or technical training in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
