Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and passionate Barbers to join our talented team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current grooming trends, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Barber at Confidential, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering and grooming.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and handle walk-in clients as needed.
- Offer advice and recommendations on grooming products and techniques.
- Handle cash transactions and manage payment processing.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in barbering from a recognized institution.
- Valid barbering license as required by state or local regulations.
- Proven experience as a barber with a portfolio of previous work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for grooming and style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Proficiency in using barbering tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
