Zyfas Pharma Pte Ltd is currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Assistants to join our team in Singapore. No prior experience is required – we welcome individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping pharmaceutical products. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and receive training on warehouse processes and procedures. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments of pharmaceutical products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages or discrepancies.
- Label, barcode, and store products in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and stock rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, following picking lists, packing instructions, and quality control guidelines.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, packaging, and organizing shipments for courier pickup or delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including aisles, storage racks, and work areas, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for handling pharmaceutical products and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and support overall warehouse operations.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency preferred.
