Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Led, trained, and managed a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, stock controllers, and logistics coordinators.
- Develop and implement warehouse operational strategies to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, implementing inventory control measures as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan for inventory replenishment.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Continuously assess warehouse layout and storage capacity to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval of items.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a safe work environment for warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of materials, products, and supplies.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse activities, performance, and trends to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
