Job Summary:
As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Royal Rose Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Supervise the accounts receivable team, guiding and supporting their daily operations.
- Monitor and manage the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collections:
- Implement and oversee an effective collections process, minimizing overdue accounts.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accounts.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections status, and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Process Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices and improvements.
- Customer Relations:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Leadership:
- Train, develop, and mentor accounts receivable team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor or similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, collections, and reconciliations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
