Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, target segments, and competitive positioning.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional service and serve as a point of escalation for client inquiries.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed quotas.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to adapt strategies as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth areas and potential challenges.
- Proposal and Presentation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve the sales process by implementing best practices and technology tools.
- Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in lead management and conversion.
- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
