Work Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing information about products, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and brands to provide accurate information to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, including arranging products and ensuring the store is tidy and appealing.
- Stock Management: Assist in managing inventory, including restocking products and conducting stock checks.
- Payment Processing: Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report any issues or suggestions to the store management.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach and the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Sales Skills: Basic sales skills and the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
