Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales area.
Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism.
Stay informed about product trends and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
