Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support the curriculum.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and play-based learning experiences.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged to express themselves.
- Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their needs and helping them achieve their learning goals.
- Assist in classroom management, ensuring a smooth flow of activities and transitions.
- Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and colleagues to create a cohesive and collaborative teaching team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their development and well-being.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate teaching practices and early childhood education principles.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
