Job Description:
As a member of the finance team at CAMBIASO RISSO ASIA PTE. LTD., you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your responsibilities may include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company’s financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Planning: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, working closely with department heads and management to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements, and develop strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize liquidity while minimizing financial risks.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial impact of business initiatives and projects.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST/VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax, and coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud and errors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
