Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, presenting key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Trend Analysis: Analyze financial trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors to provide insights into potential risks and opportunities.
Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis and cost-benefit assessments for various business initiatives.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company’s financial performance.
Advisory Role: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and strategy, to gather relevant data and insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Familiarity with the financial landscape and regulations in Dubai is an advantage.
