Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all arriving and departing guests.
- Assistance: Offer assistance with luggage, doors, and other guest needs as they arrive and depart from the hotel.
- Information: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests as needed.
- Traffic Control: Ensure smooth traffic flow in front of the hotel and assist with guest vehicle arrivals and departures.
- Safety: Maintain a vigilant eye on the hotel entrance to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the front desk and other hotel staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
- Courtesy: Be courteous and professional in all interactions with guests and visitors.
- Maintaining Appearance: Ensure that the hotel entrance, lobby area, and doorman station are clean and well-maintained.
- Luggage Handling: Safely handle guest luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Fitness: Good physical condition to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of the hotel’s guest services team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
