Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist dental professionals during patient examinations, treatments, and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Instrument Preparation: Sterilize and prepare dental instruments for procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized work environment.
Chairside Assistance: Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care, answering any questions they may have.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling billing inquiries.
Radiography: Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of dental equipment, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant with relevant qualifications.
Previous experience working as a dental assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
Empathy and a patient-focused approach to care.
Must be a female candidate, in line with our hiring preferences.
